How to Obtain Your Pathology Test Results

You may obtain a copy of your pathology test results as follows: 
 

1.  From Your Healthcare Provider

Ask your healthcare provider to contact you when they receive your test results. Once you and/or your healthcare provider receive your results, you’ll want to discuss them together and if necessary, decide upon the appropriate course oftreatment.
 

2.  From SaraPath Diagnostics

To obtain your test results directly from SaraPath, you will need to complete and submit a SaraPath request form. You may obtain the form by contacting us or by using one of the links below.
