SaraPath Diagnostics® accepts phone payments using a charge card. Simply call the SaraPath Patient Services Center at (941) 362-8900 or toll free (877) 362-9144.

By Mail:

Send the tear-off section of your SaraPath bill along with a check made payable to SaraPath Diagnostics® for the total amount due to:
